Working Principle
The DHZ separator is specifically designed for oil refining applications. All parts contacting materials are constructed from stainless steel to minimize chemical reactions. The machine features upper feeding for low inlet pressure and utilizes hydraulic coupler with helical step-up gears for stable power transmission and overload protection.
Separated light and heavy phase materials are output through two different-sized centripetal pumps. The automated residue extraction system is controlled by computer and PLC, reducing operational labor requirements.
