DPF445 Disc Separator - Main Equipment for Small Starch Processing
The DPF445 disc separator features an upper belt transmission structure with upper suspended main shaft support and utilizes nozzle discharge technology. This equipment is specifically designed for small-scale starch processing operations.
Separation Process Technology
Material enters the separator drum where centrifugal force separates the hybrid liquid through disk partitions. Heavy phase liquid moves outward while light phase liquid moves inward and upward, with separate outputs through small and big centripetal pumps. Maximum operating pressure must not exceed 0.3MPa.
This separator requires minimal maintenance and offers extended service life, making it ideal for continuous industrial operations.
