Juneng DPFX series nozzle separator is a continuous discharge separator featuring high speed, high precision, and high efficiency. Outside of the bowl wall, several nozzles are installed. Under the centrifugal force formed by high rotation speed of bowl, insoluble solids which deposit in the sediment chamber will be discharged out continuously.
DPFX series separator is suitable for solid-liquid two phase separation and concentration with high solid content (max. 20%), such as fermentation liquor, alga, kaolinic and similar applications.
