Pressure Plate Filter Brief introduction
Pressure Plate Filter is a kind of precision clarifying filtration equipment featuring high efficiency, energy saving and closed-form operation. It is designed with unique structure, small size, high filtering efficiency and transparent filtrate, featuring no material loss, no consumption of filter paper, filter cloth or filter element, and only small consumption of filter aid. It is therefore characterized by low filtration cost as well as easy operation, maintenance and cleaning. It applies to solid-liquid separation or clarifying filtration in many fields such as seasoning, liquor, grease, chemical engineering, pharmacy and beverage.
Pressure Plate Filter screen is totally made of stainless steel. The whole filtration process is carried out in a closed container. After filtration is completed, automatic discharge can be realized.
Pressure Plate Filter is a dual-area filter, the filtration area from 2 to 200 m2 for users to choose from. Material for closed containers can be customized carbon steel or stainless steel as the filtration process requirements.

Therefore the real filtration is realized through the cake layer. In case that the filter cake over the surface of filter screen reaches certain thickness, the feeding shall be stopped, and compressed air or steam shall be employed to blow dry the cake,
and clean the filter screen the discharge , the vibration dreg discharging device shall be switched on, the dregs shall be unloaded because of weight and vibration. As to sticky filter cake, manual help shall be provided to clean up the dregs.
