The SYB series horizontal blade filter is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and sealed fine filtration equipment. The filter mainly consists of a rotating device, a machine, a filter disc, an upper and lower sealing mechanism, a main shaft, and a dumping structure..

Several filter discs of the filter are placed flat on the spindle, ensuring that the entire filtration system is sealed on the machine. During the filtration process, all the liquid to be filtered is filled with the filter, and then flows into the central spindle through a disc, and is discharged from the outlet to obtain clean filtered liquid.

After the filtration is completed, the motor drives the rotating device to rotate the spindle and filter disc at high speed, using centrifugal force to discharge the residue.
