The GKH800-NA centrifuge is a siphon scraper discharge centrifuge. The machine is equipped with a PC, and the working process is automatically controlled.
In addition to centrifugal force, there is a vacuum siphon suction force for the dehydration of liquid, which has higher production capacity and separation and washing effect compared with the common scraper discharge filtration centrifuge. This machine has a wide range of application, besides the material separated by the common scraper discharge filtration centrifuge, it is also suitable for materials with small solid particles and difficult to be separated, such as starch, calcium phosphate, etc.
1. Compared with the general scraper centrifuge (GK800) of the same specification, the capacity increased by more than 50%, and the solid phase moisture content after separation is much lower (lower by 3-6%)
2. The filter speed can be adjusted at will, which makes the feeding liquid evenly distributed on the filter media, and the vibration and noise of the machine are greatly reduced
3. The electric control adopts the advanced programmable logic controller (PLC), which is small and the control movement is accurate and reliable. It is easy to maintain with high efficiency and long service life
when the machine is in operation, the drum runs at full speed. The water (filtrate) is filled into the siphon chamber through backwash pipe. Through the hole between the drum and the siphon chamber, the liquid is pressed into the drum. Water ring formed by the liquid in the high-speed rotating drum and the siphon chamber, not only venting the air in the siphon chamber but also form a liquid layer on the filter media to ensure the evenly distribution of the feeding liquid.
Start feeding and rotate the siphon down to a certain middle position. After a certain period of time, rotate it to the specified lower position. After feeding, rotate the siphon to the lowest position.
The solids trapped on the press cloth are dehydrated for a certain period of time, and then the materials are scraped by a scraper and slid out of the machine through a hopper.
After discharging is finished, start washing mesh, the siphon scraper centrifuge is different from ordinary scraper centrifuge, the filter cloth can be rinsed not only from above but also from below. In other words, the backwash pipe is used to add washing water into the siphon chamber, and the washing water flows into the drum and flows from the bottom of the filter cloth to the top of the filter cloth to achieve the purpose of reverse washing.
That's what the centrifuge does for each cycle. It is the feeding liquid which determines the time of each operation, and the cycles to rinse the filter cloth(one cycle or several cycles). Modify the PLC program according to the debugging results.
GKH series siphonic centrifuge is especially used in the occasion of the higher production, lower moisture in residue of the cake and sufficient washing.
It is widely used in industry area of the solid-liquid separation of the raw material and intermediate products, such as foodstuff, pharmacy, chemical, national defence and so on.
