The GKH800-NA centrifuge is a siphon scraper discharge centrifuge. The machine is equipped with a PC, and the working process is automatically controlled.
In addition to centrifugal force, there is a vacuum siphon suction force for the dehydration of liquid, which has higher production capacity and separation and washing effect compared with the common scraper discharge filtration centrifuge.
This machine has a wide range of application, besides the material separated by the common scraper discharge filtration centrifuge, it is also suitable for materials with small solid particles and difficult to be separated, such as starch, calcium phosphate, etc.
During the operation of the machine, all processes, such as main feed, auxiliary feed, discharge and recoil, are completed at the working speed.
Adjusting items of machine
1. Adjustment of working pressure of oil pump
Adjust the overflow valve to make the oil supply system pressure 3.0-4.0mpa. Adjust the pressure to ensure the operation of each oil cylinder under load. Take the scraper cylinder as example, scraper easy action in the low working pressure, the rest of the cylinder can work normally, needn’t higher the oil pressure. Increased drag after blade wear is not included.
2.Stop position adjustment of scraper
When the scraper is working, the rocker arm on the scraper device touches the limit bolt, and the distance between the scraper and the press cloth (or filter) in the drum is 5~ 10mm. By adjusting the limit bolt of the door cover and adjusting the position of the proximity switch or switch seat, the axial clearance between the scraper blade and the bottom of the rotary drum and the bar shall not be less than 5mm
3. Drum loading amount, filter cake thickness according to different materials, generally not more than 80mm, weight of dry material less than 100kg
4. Adjust the working procedure time during operation
It is mainly determined according to the specific material, which cannot be fixed and can meet the requirements of the material in the centrifuge section. If the machine and equipment allow, the production cycle can be shortened and the output can be increased. The time range of the general working procedure is 0~30 seconds. Feeding process is 3-60 seconds: filtering process is 0-300 seconds; The secondary feeding process is 0~60 seconds; The drying process is 0~300 seconds; Scraping process is 18~30 seconds.
General requirements for the application range of horizontal scraper discharge centrifuges: separation of solid-liquid two-phase systems with particle size ranging from 10 to 500um, solid phase concentration ranging from 20 to 80% (weight concentration), and liquid phase viscosity less than 10-2Pa. s. In addition, it can also meet the requirements of washing the solid phase.
