LW430 centrifuge is a new model that our factory has been engaged in research and manufacture of centrifuges for many years, according to the characteristics of domestic production technology. LW430 centrifuge of international advanced level is a new model developed by our factory for the separation of solid and liquid phases in MSG, alcohol, non-metallic minerals and similar production processes.
The design, manufacture and factory inspection of LW430 centrifuge are strictly implemented in JB/T502-2004 and the enterprise technical specifications formulated by our factory.
The 3-phase decanter separates which contains oil into an oil phase, solids and virtually oilfree waste water. Because of its high dry matter, the solids can be recycled relatively easily.
In addition, the solids concentration in the waste water is lower than would be the case if nozzle separators are used in conventional process.
