Product Description:
DL series filter bag belongs to pressure filter equipment , liquid flow into the filter bag through the side-way. Filter bag itself is fitted in the reinforce net that the qualified filtrate is achieved after the liquid pass the filter bag which has various precision ranks.
DL series filter bag is mainly composed by filter cylinder, cylinder lid, quick-opening structure, filter bag reinforce net.
The impurity is seized by the filter bag. The filter bag is easy to be changed and has little consumption of materials.
Operation of bag filter:
The single core bag filter only needs to open the filter head, install the filter bag with the required fineness level in the reinforced mesh, check whether the sealing "O" ring is intact, then close the filter head, tighten the ring bolt, and it can be put into operation
The multi-core bag filter only needs to open the upper cover, install the filter bags of the required fineness level in each reinforcing mesh, place locking rings, use specialized locking tools to lock the filter bags and the "O" ring, then close the upper cover, tighten the locking handwheel, and then put it into operation.
After the pump is started, the pressure on the filter increases slightly, with an initial pressure of about 0.05MPa. As the usage time prolongs, the amount of filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the machine should be stopped and the cylinder head should be opened to check the accumulation of slag in the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced and continued to use (the filter bag can generally be reused after cleaning).
The pressure of the filter cylinder can generally be adjusted between 0.1~0.3MPa, which can be achieved by adjusting the return valve on the pump. Excessive pressure in the filter cylinder can damage the filter bag and strengthen the mesh, and special attention should be paid.
