Product description:
Candle is the major component for the filter. It consists of the outer layer filter bag and interior filter pipe. In the middle is a flow channel for the filtrate, at the bottom there is liquid collecting tube and the upper is the joint of filtering core and liquid collecting tube.
During the filtering process, the liquid in the pressure vessel under the pressure will pass through the filter cloth from the outside, while the solid will accumulate on the surface of the cloth and form a uniform cake.
The cake close to the cancave and protruding cross-section of the filter cloth and retain on the surface, thus continuing to keep the pressure difference.
Clean liquid flows downward to the bottom through the outer six filtering pipes, then flows upward in centre pipe and flows out the filter through liquid collecting tube. Please refer to the following drawing:
