To separate, laminate or sedimentate the solid particles in liquid by getting different sedimentation speeds under centrifugal force field for light/heavy phase or solid phase that are of different densities and not solvable each other in liquid mixture (turbid liquid).
The material [turbid liquid] enters drum through feed pipe, by the powerful centrifugal force field, the material passes the separating compartment of a set of disc bunches, by taking the neutral holes in the disc as separating face, the liquid with higher specific gravity (heavy phase) will move out the holes along the disc wall toward the big centripetal pump (upper); the heavy sediment (sundries, fatlute) accumulate at the sediment area; the liquid with lower specific gravity (light phase) will move inward and upward along the disc, assemble and flow to the small centripetal pump (lower), the light/heavy phase will respectively be output by big and small centripetal pump.
When the control valve guides the seal water into the drum rotating at high speed, it will enter into the operation water cavity below the slide piston, the generated centrifugal pressure will put upward the slide piston to press tight the seal ring on the drum cover, close the sediment-extraction port, so as to seal the operation cavity of the drum.
When the control valve guides the sediment-extracting water into upper cavity of the seal seat, the generated centrifugal pressure will press downward the action slide, this will overcome pressure from the bearing spring, open three vent valves, the seal water in the lower cavity of the slide piston will discharge rapidly, under centrifugal pressure of material being processed in the drum, the slide piston fall down, the accumulated heavy sediment will be discharged rapidly from the sediment-extracting port on the drum.

The heavy diesel oil is separated by our separator, which can replace the light diesel oil for using so as to reduce the cost of production greatly.

|The disc stack is used to separate the product stream into many partial streams. This greatly reduces the sedimentation path of the solid particles. That means that, due to the high centrifugal force, even finer particles can settle out in a very short time.

|A disc stack centrifuge separates solids and one or two liquids simultaneously. This is a single continuous process. The centrifuge uses extremely high centrifugal forces to separate the phases. The denser solids subjected to this force move outwards towards the rotating bowl wall.
